Don't offer Save Secret Team Key for card keys

Use the new mechanism to ensure that the "Save Secret Team Key" action
is only enabled if the selected key has a valid secret encryption subkey
that's not the primary subkey and that's stored on disk (i.e. not
exclusively on a smart card).
