Make clipboard actions not monitor the clipboard and fix executing them on wayland

• Monitoring the clipboard doesn't work on wayland when the application doesn't have focus
• On windows (and maybe other platforms), monitoring the clipboard can confuse other applications - e.g. password managers - and result in unexpected behavior
