Add MIME types for signed and encrypted archives

In particular, this makes the extensions .tar.gpg and .tar.sig known to
Qt, so that they are respected e.g. when renaming files in Dolphin
(which selects the file name without extension by default) or when a new
file name for an already existing file is suggested.
