Hide "AuditLog" Errors

We often get confused reports that something failed
"because it reported an AuditLog error", which is wrong.
AuditLog Errors happen for OpenPGP or if a result could
not be decrypted or verified for any Error.
The "Error retrieving audit log" does not add helpful
information.
