Show related addresses of S/MIME certificates as simple list

The user ID table is only used for OpenPGP certificates now. This allows
us to set some properties of the table earlier. For S/MIME certificates,
we avoid listing redundant addresses in the list of related addresses,
i.e. if an email address is already displayed as attribute field.
