Kleopatra: Make certificate details accessible

Description

This is one of the larger issues as it involves several sub dialogs and the user id selection.

While the actions in there are less important we could use it to convey information that is not fully conveyable by the keylist. So that a workflow would be:

select certificate

do I have the right certificate?

enter
tab multiple times
ESC
Do export, certify, or something else from the context menu.

Some issues with the dialog:

The user id list is in the wrong tab order (just before the Close button).
The certificate details are not (easily/separately) accessible for screen readers. (~~Idea: Use read-only line edits so that they can be assigned to the labels as buddies.~~)
The user id table is not accessible at all (neither the whole rows nor the individual cells).
