Make error state and message of certificate input field more accessible

Append ", invalid data" to the accessible name of the input field to
emulate the handling of IA2's "invalid entry" state by screen readers.
And set the error message as accessible description of the input field to
emulate the handling of "described by" relations by screen readers.
