Align key filter names

• Always use "Certificates" instead of "Keys"
• "Other Keys" -> "Validated Certificates"
• "Not Validated Certificates" -> "Not Fully Trusted Certificates"
• "Other Certificates" -> "Fully Not Trusted Certificates"
