Description

qt: Disable t-wkspublish test

* lang/qt/tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Remove t-wkspublish.

Even the only enabled test did a connection to localhost this
might fail if it is stalled and is an outside factor. It also might
be disturbing other services locally.
