Cpp: Use whitelist for status messages

* lang/cpp/src/editinteractor.cpp (EditInteractor::needsNoResponse):
Use whitelist instead of blacklist.

This should be more robust when new status messages are added.
The whitelist is the same GPA uses. Fixes Qt's t-ownertrust.
