Improve attachment add debug output

* src/mail.cpp (fixup_last_attachment_o): Add a non working
experiment. Improve debugging.
* src/oomhelp.h (PR_ATTACH_FLAGS_DASL): New.

The experiment to remove the ATTACH_FLAGS should work in
theory and according to documentation. In practice it does
not work :-(
But maybe we can figure this out later.
