Check autoimport for unencrypted mails too

* src/mail.cpp (Mail::preProcessMessage_m): Add check for autoimport
before importing.

This fixes that any autocrypt key would be imported from unencrypted
mails if the header was set. Even if autoimport was disabled
as a setting.
