Use table view reading pane for OL <= 2013

* src/explorer-events.cpp (EVENT_SINK_INVOKE),
src/ribbon-callbacks.cpp (get_mail_from_control): Check
version to determine codepath.

The crash only appeared on Outlook 2016. Older Versions
don't have the previewPane object. So we need to have
a fallback.
