Cleanup unused options and add a warning shown opt
* src/common_indep.h: Update option struct. * src/main.c (init_options): Removed. (write_options, read_options): Update accordingly. * src/mapihelp.cpp (mapi_get_gpgol_body_attachment): Remove obsolete handling to show body as attachment.
This removes obsolete OL < 2010 Options and adds a new
smime_html_warn_shown flag.
