More options / config cleanup
* src/main.cpp (write_options): Remove most options now controlled by the external dialog. (get_conf_bool): New helper. (read_options): Use it. * src/common_indep.c (set_default_key): Removed. * src/common_indep.h (opt): Remove obsolete values and add some new ones.
Most of the removed options were already obsolete for
ages.
