Disable MIME style support for clearsigned mails

* src/mapihelp.cpp (get_msgcls_from_pgp_lines): Disable clearsigned
  detection for Outlook 2010 and later

As we don't and probably won't handle this in revert we better
not touch it at all to avoid removing the signature information.
