Add another sender fallback

* src/oomhelp.h, src/oomhelp.cpp (get_sender_primary_send_acct): New.
* src/mail.cp (Mail::updateOOMData_o): Use the fallback.

This fixes the case where a draft is saved with a changed
identity. In that case we do not have the usual sender
objects and need another fallback.
