Shorter and more careful window disabling
* src/mail.cpp (do_crypt): Ensure window is renabled on error. (Mail::encrypt_sign_start): Disable window here. * src/mailitem-events.cpp (EVENT_SINK_INVOKE): Don't disable window in event.
Leaving Outlooks window disabled for whatever reason is a
big bug as Outlook then has to be killed.
