Description

Fix draft re-encryption

* src/mailitem-events.cpp (WRITE): Start encrypt_sign for draft
re-encryption.

This fixes the re-encryption of drafts after modification. As
the encryptSign no longer happens in the after write event
we need to trigger this here.
