Use gpgrt_asprintf
* src/attachment.cpp (do_crypt), src/gpgoladdin.cpp (GetCustomUI): Use gpgrt_asprintf.
We link libgpg-error anyway so let's make use of it. Fixes
the build on debian wheezy
