Implement WKS-Client request sending

* src/wks-helper.cpp (WKSHelper::send_mail): New.
* src/wks-helper.h: Update accordingly.

This basically works. But there is a big issue. Somehow
the SendUsingAccount setting does not work so it always
sends out the mails with the default account.
