Fix T3656 workaround for encrypted S/MIME

* src/mailitem-events.cpp (Send): Fix msg class check.

The T3656 workaround is an ugly beast and should only
be used when really really necessary. The issue
could have caused the "double forwarding click required"
described in:

GnuPG-Bug-Id: T4528
