Fix detection of WKS Confirmation mails

* src/mapihelp.cpp (change_message_class_ipm_note): Check
here, too.

There should probably be some common content type checks
done for all message classes. For now it only worked
if the WKS Confirmation was already in a crypto
MessageClass.
