Accept keys out of WKD as usable for encryption

* src/keycache.cpp (KeyCache::getEncryptionKeys): Accept
keys with Original WKD.

We are trying to determine here if "automatic" certificate
selection is Ok. When we have a key from WKD we find
that Ok.
