Description

Fix for semaphore access by child.

* configure.ac (HAVE_FORK_UNSAFE_SEMAPHORE): New.
* src/npth.c (sem_init): Use NPTH_SEMAPHORE_PSHARED.
* tests/t-fork.c: New.
