Fix building with libgcrypt and libksba in non-standard locations.
* src/Makefile.am: Replace most subst vars by make macros. (AM_CFLAGS): Add libgcrypt clags. (libntbtls_la_LIBADD): A (ntbtls_cli_LDADD): Add libksba and libgcrypt.
