msi: Fix installation of gpgconf.rnames
* src/make-msi.pl (gpg4win_nsis_stubs): Add hack for the ../GnuPG file name component. * src/make-msi.guids: Update. Also remove an old entry. * src/inst-final.nsi: Install gpgconf.rnames.
