appimage: Update to devtools-10

* docker/appimage/Dockerfile: Use devtools-10
* src/appimage/build-appimage.sh: Enable them.

This is required for current Kleopatra which uses
C++20.

Requires a new run of docker/build-appimage-docker-image.sh
