Don't require winpthread in stable branch
* configure.ac, src/inst-gpg4win.nsi, src/unist-gpg4win.nsi: Remove winpthread.
Stable is supposed to be build on debian wheezy where winpthread
is not pulled in as a dependency by mingw.
