Update kconfig patch to also support REG_EXPAND_SZ

* patches/kconfig/0001-Read-defaults-from-Windows-registry.patch:
Update.

This allows constructs where [$e] would have been used in config
files. Now this is archived by using REG_EXPAND_SZ and Windows
variables.
