Update Qt CVE patches that might affect us
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add new patches. * patches-appimage: Replace qtbase patches with symlink. * patches/qtbase/CVE-20o23-32763-qtbase-5.15.diff: Renamed. * patches/qtbase/CVE-2023-37369-qtbase-5.15.patch, patches/qtbase/CVE-2023-43114-5.15.patch: New.
These patches are not really critical but it is due diligence to
include them in our package.
