Can you please explain in the commit message why this was needed? A commit message stating only what has been done is not useful. There is also the option to reference a bug in the commit message, for example:

GnuPG-bug-id: 2001

I didn't open a bug for this, but what happended was that, after i changed the portuguese translations files from ISO-8859-1 to utf-8, the accents broke:

So, i switched back to ISO-8859-1 to prevent this from happening.

On a side note: This only broke the display in the installer, not in gpgex or gpgol.

I see. NSIS is not (or not fully) UTF-8 aware.
