Add DISTRIBUTION_TEXT as parameter for Kleopatra

* src/Makefile.am (gpg4win_pkg_kleopatra_configure): Add
DISTRIBUTION_TEXT.

This will only be used after the next update of Kleopatra
but better to add this now then to forget it.
