Kotow before Symantec - remove icelandic l10n

* src/inst-kde-l10n.nsi: Remove icelandic for now.

This is a commit intendet to be reverted with the next
l10n update. But symantec anti virus heuristically detects
a virus in our translation files. This is negatively affecting
a lot of users.
