Add patch to show sysinfo in report bug

0001-Replace-OS-specific-system-information-code-with-QSy.patch
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add it.

This is a modified patch from upstream that will need to
be changed in the next kxmlgui update. Kernel Version is
more important for us then the Architecture as we only
ship one Architecture.
