appimage: Add -xcb to qt configure

* src/appimage/Makefile.am (appimage_pkg_qtbase_configure): Add -xcb

This causes Qt configure to fail early in case XCB requirements are not
met. Otherwise it would compile but fail later on other
packages depending on qt.
