Description

Remove KTextWidgets patch parts from Okular patch

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Update accordingly.
* patches/okular/0001-Build-without-KIOFilewidgets-and-DBUS.patch:
  Reduce scope.

This should make the patch easier to maintain as we now have
KTextWidgets.
