Adjust building of source installer.

* src/inst-gettext.nsi, src/uninst-gettext.nsi [SOURCES]: Change macro
name
* src/inst-libiconv.nsi, src/uninst-libiconv.nsi [SOURCE]: Ditto.

Those two packages are now build and not taken from a binary
distribution.
