appimage: Next try to get --keep-socket working

* src/appimage/AppRun: More fixes to --keep-socket

Well, we can't run the command from gpg-agent if gpg-agent is already
running. Stupid error. Now we use launch-agent and start the shell
if --keep-socket is used.
