MSI: Add optional install mode

* src/make-msi.pl: Add new MODE Parameter.

This way we can ship multiple kleopatrarc and libkleopatrarc
files and they are selectable by a MODE parameter. To
do this in your customized version add an _modename to
libkleopatrarc and kleopatrarc.
