Revert the last aboutdata change

* patches/kleopatra: Revert d7808bb

This somehow caused that loadBackendVersions operated on
the old about data and only added the backend versions and
the updated about data from settings was just ignored.

For now I am only patching the revert here because I would
like to understand better whats going wrong before
I can fix that in KF5.
