Fix name in okular hack patch

* patches/okular/0001-Hack-in-some-aboutdata-for-GnuPG-Edition.patch:
Forgot that I didn't want to use the braces

The braces were problematic in several places so I used
"Okular - GnuPG Edition" everyhwere else.
