Description

Use GnuPG 2.5.2 and current GUI tarballs.

* packages/packages.common: Update packages.
* patches/mimetreeparser/fix-build-error-in-202412051138.patch: New.
* src/Makefile.am (-DENABLE_BOOST): Disable Boost.
($(stampdir)/stamp-directories): Simplify.
* src/gpg4win.mk.in (AUTHENTICODE_FILES): Adjust libpoppler version.

Not sure why I had to disable Boost. Boost is part of the docker
image and should thus be found. poppler-202407051646 did not require
this.
