Remove unpack version hacks

* src/appimage/appimage.mk.in,
src/gpg4win.mk.in: Remove regex hacks to lower dependencies.

We are now usually closer to upstream with frameworks and
have a better upstream solution with KF5_WANTS_VERSION vs.
KF5_MIN_VERSION.
