Update libkleo and kleopatra

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add patches.
* packages/packages.current (libkleo / kleopatra): Update to latest
master.

Due to a recent dependency bump against cmake we need to patch
again as we want to compile with cmake from debian stable.
