appimage: Fixup rpath also for 2.3 libexec bins

* src/appimage/build-appimage.sh: Add new files
to libexec hack. Ignore errors.

This actually fixes a build error with GnuPG-2.3 because
the gpg-wks-client in libexec is no longer an exectuable so
patchelf would fail.
