Appimage: Remove NSS devel from packages

* docker/appimage/Dockerfile: Remove nss-devel again.
* src/appimage/Makefile.am: Mark NSS as OFF for poppler

We do not want to provide this as an alternative backend to
GnuPG for our packaging. This automatically makes the GnuPG
backend the default.
