Post release updates

* src/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add gpgconf.rnames.  Add another copy
of shield.ico.
* src/shield.ico: Add as symlink

During the build from the generated tarball it urned out that
gpgconf.rnames was missing as well as a copy of shield.ico. The later
is required for the MSI builds.
