Remove problematic Qt patch
* patches/qtbase/0002-Gpg4win-theme-names-and-relpaths.patch: Removed. * src/inst-kleopatra.nsi, src/uninst-kleopatra.nsi: Install qtlogging.ini to bin. * packages/packages.common: Update gpgol.js
This means QStandarddirs will no longer use ../share which
might cause regressions but by removing the patch there
is no "behavioral" change in our Qt build anymore.
