Fix okular MSI installation

* src/make-msi.guids: Add GUIDs for new files.
* src/make-msi.pl: Remove obsolete GPA ignore list.

The GPA ignore list is no longer required since we do not
have these packages anymore but since they contained freetype
and libpng they blocked dependencies of Okular.
